I have liner x for my 2023 S. I like the fit / finish at a cost I could live with. Tuxmat was not available when I needed it my mats. I like their look, but the price is higher and at least to me seemed like they would be harder to clean.

Pretty sure fronts and 2nd row will be identical to T so I’m assuming they just need to scan third row. Worth the wait IMO
Unfortunately the front is not the same, my understanding is that there's a bump under the accelerator in gen 2 R1S

This is true. The bump is not substantial enough for there to be any accommodations for it in the mat design. Basically, there’s a small bump in the mat under the accelerator. The good news is that it’s far enough forward that it’s not noticeable at all.

I have the OEM floor mats and Tux Mats for the trunk (with the third row down) and seat back protector (This does stick vs 3D Maxpiders can't), and I got extra 3D Maxpiders for the trunk (with 3rd row is up).

Anyone know when Tuxmat will have Gen 2 mats available? I like this product over the 3DMaxpiders.

Got this reply from them a few days ago:
Thank you for your interest in TuxMat. Mats for the 2025 Rivian R1S are in the early stages of development and will be released in the next few months. We don't have a more specific ETA yet.

Do you have a picture of the Tux driver's mat, on the area over the bump specifically? I'm trading in my Gen 1 R1T Quad for a Gen 2 and will need new mats. Thanks!

Originally I was planning to buy tuxmats but they still do not carry the 2025 version, so I bought LinerX mats to hold me over. I installed the LinerX mats yesterday. They provide good coverage and look okay. One issue I had was the 2nd row mats are designed too narrow so it takes a lot of effort lock them in. The front mats were okay to install and I have not had the chance to do the 3rd row.

Like a couple others have already said: tried my 3D mats from gen1 on the gen2 and they work great. Love these mats in rain & snow season.

The bump on the floor is inconsequential - the design keeps the mat far from the pedals

@Seano are these still working well with your gen 2? Picking up my R1S in a few weeks and was hoping they'd come out with a gen 2 version but might just pick up the gen 1 version at this point.

100% - I wouldn't hesitate.

Biggest safety issues would be mat moving around or catching on the accelerator pedal. These fill the whole area well and are quite grippy on the back: no perceptible movement. I didn't shoot a pic, but on the sill side, they sort of wrap up and over, but sit on their nicely. The design (as you can see) has the mat going so far up towards the "firewall" that the accelerator pedal can only press into the mat, just like the floor carpet.

Have had them in the car for ~ 5 weeks: we had rain, then were in snow for a couple of weeks: love these mats
