FM radio disconnected / odd media player icons

The Rivian UI guy on reddit says its probably the FM Radio module, but why did it go out right after the update? I still think its software.

At my service appt this past Saturday, had my fm module replaced and I have a functional fm radio for the first time since Day 1 of delivery (2 months ago)

After the truck slept, I was able to get Alexa and Amazon music working again. FM still doesn't work and same issue exists with wrong icon.

Supposedly 46 nm was the previous stock/factory torque. Now 120. Big change

Where are the CarPlay AA haters? I don’t bother with the TuneIn/Spotify/Amazon Music in the truck. I use my iPhone to stream XM/Qobuz/Podcasts because of issues with the Rivian OS Verizon also doesn’t have intermittent play stoppage due to coverage

I heard that a hot fix is coming which may or may not have a fix for FM. Ironically I only cared about FM to listen to a local broadcast.
Amazon music is all I really use. AT&T signal has been strong and I don't have to deal with crappy Bluetooth. If/when I can Bitstream direct from a USB C port, that will change.

I keep seeing “Amazon Music” from posters as a music service in the truck. Is there supposed to be a dedicated Amazon Music app on the interface? I certainly don’t have one if there is. I have Radio (inoperative), TuneIn (intermittently displaying portions), Spotify (I don’t have an account) and my iPhone (which I stream from).

Are people who are using Amazon music, streaming that from their phones?

Need to enable Alexa (they're listening anyways). Tell Alexa to play whatever you want on Amazon music.

If you have Alexa enabled in the truck, you ask her to play a song on Amazon Music. A dedicated app is coming in the future. You achieve (currently) the highest audio bit rate using this method, as it streams directly and not through bluetooth.

Works like a charm. now if I could get the other issues sorted via an OTA that would be awesome. I’ll just hang out and wait to see if the issues are resolved in the next one.

Just downloaded the most recent software update. I had hoped it would solve my FM radio problem. It did not the radio is still bricked although it now has an on/off button.

Looks like we'll be getting our modules replaced.
