It's hard to say whether I'm in range of bluetooth. My truck is typically parked outside and on the other side of my house, but I don't have a huge house. I'll say I might be on the edge of bluetooth since unlocking will sometimes work, but not always. Sometimes it won't unlock until I walk up to it and get the app out to initiate an unlock command.

The red cloud is not visible in the app until I try to wake it, and then it pretty much stays put until I get in, even several minutes later.

Hmm that is odd that it's spending that much time offline. That does sound different from how mine behaves. Hopefully they figure it out quickly

They've still got it. I actually got a message yesterday saying they were still troubleshooting it and had just added a user as a driver so they could send commands to the truck from the app.

I picked up my truck on Monday. They never could reproduce the problem, but when I got it back, I installed .51 which, according to the notes:
  • Fixed a rare issue on a small number of vehicles that blocked all remote (cloud) commands from the Rivian mobile app. This fix required affected drivers to delete all paired phone keys and re-pair them to restore functionality.
I didn't re-pair my phone this week, but I did have that issue early on last summer where I needed to delete my phone and re-pair it so I could send commands.

So far this week the truck has responded to my command in the morning to turn the climate on, and I've been able to activate the heated seat and steering wheel as well, so I'm going to call it good for now.

Got my truck back (after 24 hours). Rivian said they disconnected the 12v's and let it sit a few hours. I knew when it came back online as the app blew up with notifications (including an update). Been online and responsive this far.
