That is not the camera. It's a parking sensor.

It should be an easy fix, if bumper can be disassembled. Likely something is broken, a bracket or sensor itself.

Thank u. The adhesive that hold it up got detached . Don’t think I can reattached without disassembled the bumper which I don’t know how.

There is information/videos on how to do it. I haven't watched them though. I have disassembled bumpers on other vehicles and it's a pain. Clips and tabs sometimes break 🤦.

If it is just glue, you can stick something to the sensor using silicone or double sided tape, pull it back to spot and use something like silicone to glue it back. Not a perfect method, but could work.
