Sold: Pennsylvania FS R1T Bike Tailgate Pad

I traded my Gen1 R1T for a Gen2 R1S and using a hitch rack for the S.

Pad works great. Some fading due to its time in the sun but all straps and buckles are in good working order. The inside padding on this is good, I never had an issue on tailgate paint leaving this on for extended lengths.

It has 4 straps but most I ever put on was 3 - no reason why it wouldn't hold 4, just watch the forks rubbing (as on any tailpad). Should fit a Gen 2 but double check the Gear Store.

As far as this one vs competitors, it's a good product. Thick padding on the inside and drove around without removing it for a couple months with no impact on the paint. Other nice thing is the mesh is perfectly aligned with your taillights. I wouldn't hesitate using this one over competitors.

for those interested, shipping doesn't appear to be cheap.

Check USPS, UPS, FedEx on a 26x15x16 box from 19422 to your zip. Thats with the pad folded over 1x. I don't think it would fit in a smaller box without really creasing the foam.
