GAP Insurance on new lease?

Has anyone been offered GAP insurance on their lease? If so, would you mind sharing the cost? I can obtain with my insurance company but it is $25 a month so just want to confirm that is fair.

In the lease terms its included by Chase. I don't know if its changed but when I leased it clearly stated the coverage.

Thanks! I know it is pretty standard in the industry, but still have not signed my lease papers and delivery is in 24 hours so I was worried I may need to call my insurance guy!
