Gear Guard Cable Not Locking - HELP

I am trying to lock the cable and I hear a click, lock the car and the cables are not locking in place. The small LEDs are not coming on either. Is there a trick?

This is the only problem I’ve had with my R1T and it was fixed by Colorado’s awesome Rivian Mobile team. They replaced the Gear Guard cable unit and all was well.
