Cameras are supposed to see and capture events, and the Alarm is supposed to sound. Otherwise, someone could break in without any concerns.
It sees them... but for whatever reason, its software decides to not record them. Besides pushing the panic button in the app or FOB, I've never heard a rivian alarm going off.

I jumped in the truck hoping to find out what caused them from gear guard video.....nothing. I can see me open the door yesterday and there are no dings. Other than that nothing but people walking by. Disappointed that I'll never know what led to this. No paint scratches, just dings. Looking at paintless dent repair, but no luck so far. Any one used a good PDR shop in the DMV area?
