Gear Guard records...but playback is frozen

Just as the title reads, my gear guard records motion and saves it as normal, however playing the recorded clip back is not possible.

The scroll bar is movable but the image will remain frozen as the main first image. The play button doesn't do anything. Vehicle is in park. Tried at home, and elsewhere - Same result.

Nothing has changed from when this used to work flawlessly....with the exception of selecting all & deleting a weeks worth of gear guard videos.

Anyone have thoughts? I can pay one of my kids to just walk around the car continuously with an old video camera but hoping that route is not needed.

Infotainment reset fixes this. This has happened to me twice since latest update.

And...true enough the infotainment reset fixed it like a dream. I did panic a little when every screen went black though. Thanks!

Same bug on mine as well. I think what triggered it was going into the gear guard videos while the truck was in the "Ready" setting, as you need to be in park to watch footage. I think that soft lock just hasn't been able to clear itself.
