I got a hat from Rivian at a convention. They had a cool booth made out of wood. I don't see the hat they gave me on the gear shop so I wonder if it's one they only give out at events.

I'm also a bit crazy and would reach out to the CS team to tell them they're doing a great job every few weeks. I think they appreciated that.
