Good experience at Englewood service center

Had my inspection done today before my warranty runs out.. no issues at all im at 59,950 miles.. decided with how reliable this vehicle has been im going to keep it.. reliable vehicle and i believe the future is bright at rivian.. it amazes me to see what it started as to what it has become.. service centers are pretty neat places, snacks, drinks.. kinda spoiled to be honest.. after being there however I could definitely see how rivian maybe fighting an uphill battle with owners who hit speed bumps at 40 mph and wonder why thier suspension is noisy. Or owners who feel entitled to perfection, although they themselves are from it...

Is the Englewood SC open now?

I was there Jan 8 and was very happy with the service for my R1S. Highly recommend. Only odd thing was that I put the street address in the Rivian nav and it couldn't find the service center, it went to a place about a 1/4 mi south. Google maps on my phone took me there.

Good to know the service is good. I put the service center in google maps and sent it to my phone and the Rivian nav found it just fine. Drove by and it looked open.
