Guide Weirdness: I have a new guide?

So, I went in to reconfigure my R1S reservation because I was bored, and because I was still bored I clicked the ? just to see if I still had a guide.

I do, but it's no longer my original guide (Zach) it's now June. I clicked the SMS button to shoot over a text and ask what was going on. And the reply said "thanks for reaching out about your preorder".

So I'm trying to sort out if I got a new guide because I had a preorder or they just moved me from Zach to June and the system can't figure out that I have a truck already.

I have an existing email into Zach because my CU is asking me where the title is for the truck since it's been 60 days. So, I'll be curious to see who responds to that.

I'm not saying this is the cause, but turnover is real... at some point, a guide is going to leave Rivian or move to another position, internally.

I'm not saying this is the cause, but turnover is real... at some point, a guide is going to leave Rivian or move to another position, internally.
I think that's likely the case, but as with many things rivian they should tighten up the process. A simple bulk email blast "Dear <insert name> Your guide has left the building, your new guide is"

My hypothesis is I have a guide because I have a truck, and the system sent the text about the preorder because I clicked on the ? from the R1S page instead of the R1T page.

Strange. However, if they try to deliver another R1T to you, would you mind directing them to your southwest?

Does it say who your Guide is when you pick the "?" ?
I just have Start Chat, Call Rivian, Email Customer Service.
At one time, I had a guide. I wander if he was removed when I switched from R1T to R1S.

Does it say who your Guide is when you pick the "?" ?
I just have Start Chat, Call Rivian, Email Customer Service.
At one time, I had a guide. I wander if he was removed when I switched from R1T to R1S.
When I click the ? I have a Guide tab and a customer service tab on the pop up.

Zach was my guide too. He went awol in the middle of my purchase at the end of June. I immediately was assigned to a new guide that was awesome in completing the transaction. I think Zach left Rivian.

While I wish there was a guide version of RatemyProfessor I'm not sure it would accomplish much since you don't pick. But I'd love to say my guide was on point. I'm still waiting to hear back about the limited POA I'm supposed to sign to transfer my plates that had a completly different owner's information on it. I'd love to give them permission to handle this on my behalf and it seems simple enough to change the name on the form and re-print but here we are.
