Since my vehicle is all chrome delete out, I need to make the oem cross bars all black. Has anyone done this yet? If so, can I see pictures?

They are aluminum. Would be interesting to see them torn down and then anodized black.

I think vinyl wrap would be a better option vs plastidip.

Plastidip has come a long way (well, 'hyperdip' is much better at least). I did my wheels and the finish is fantastic; it's nothing like the plastidip I used 15 years ago to blackout my badges / etc.
