Having to reset to get cell signal? Worse since update.

New to Rivian, just bought my R1T Dual Feb 4th 2026. During the first 3 weeks I had one time where the cell connection wasn't working when I got into the truck, I waited to see if it would start working, the next day it still didn't, so I held the buttons on the wheel and that didn't get it working, went to the hazards and left button, and it all started working again. No big deal. Things happen. Got my update last Wednesday, and since then I've had to do the same thing 3 times. Each time it's in the morning after sitting all night. Reset gets it working quickly.

Anyone else seeing this behavior? I'm inclined to think it's related to the update do to the frequency since the update, but it could be a hardware issue as well.

I have had the same experience on my R1S after updates to 2025.46.30 and 2026.03.0. However, I can't say for sure whether it's the Rivian, the normally poor ATT cell service in my area, or both. I routinely reboot one of my cell phones to successfully reestablish a connection for a poor service connection and, as you noted, the full resets worked for the Rivian too. This may just be a 'feature' of where I live with this particular cell carrier.

And I'm saying "no" by saying it's not normal. And potentially a sign of failing hardware.
