They will determine how to handle it, send out a tech or if it needs to be a SC appointment.
A tire balance issue will most likely be referred to a local shop. My wrist band will be linked remotely. And the panel alignment can be accomplished by a tech visit in many cases.
I’ll update once all are successfully completed.

Congrats on getting yours! Curious why you're already calling in service? I still have my concerns on service on kauai but hoping the service center is up and running soon.So far I’ve only found the single number that get redirected. It was the then referred to Oahu service center for scheduling (which will probably take some time)

I picked up the wrist band a couple years ago when a Riv employee was unloading a bunch. Some folks were successful in having those activated/paired. I have been called by Rivian service to gather the details of my requests and informed specifically that the mobile service will be scheduled along with other on island vehicles and completed around the same time.

I’m in the same boat. Got a call from Rivian to get details on the issues, and was told they would contact me when they can schedule an appointment.
