My google has failed me and I figure someone here knows.
In the energy screen you can modify your charging amperage and I understand that I would want to do that when connecting my mobile chargers to a random outlet. But do I need to worry about that setting if connect to a random tesla destination charger or a chargers hardwired at an air bnb.
my assumption is that somewhere in the j1772 standard is some limited communication that can define how many amps the chargers can provide, orelse we wouldn’t have dipswitches to define max output on the wall chargers and A lot more flipped breakers.
