Rivian isn't doing their on TI's. Give them a break here, you have no idea whether the delay was because they changed something, or because Turner missed their schedule. I would guess it's the later.

I completely agree with you, Rivian has nothing to do with this.
But… if Rivian had a culture of meeting expectations and demanded the same of their contractors, then I doubt we would be having this conversation. Even if a construction date was missed, nobody would care.

Not shocking. It’s Houston… can’t tell you how long I’ve been waiting for a new under construction restaurant to open near me.

Ironically when I read the comments about Turner I thought it was the Mayor and not the constructions company haha. Ive been told construction permitting is taking way too long for the city to approve.
