How do I save the driver preset for the radio?

My wife is the designated owner and I am a designated driver.
I just set up profiles yesterday.
Whenever her profile is activated, the radio comes on- to a channel with lots of static.
I am assuming there is a carry over from a previous owner? or some kind of preset that I can change but nothing I have done so far seems to have any impact.

Any suggestions?

The heart in the upper right dictates whether it’s a preset or not. The presets display at the top of the radio page but if you scroll the screen down you will see the available radio stations. It’s always scrolling picking up and dropping stations on the bottom list based upon what it is receiving, air waves wise.

It’s sort of aggravating to understand how it works initially, I had a hell of a time getting the to be accepted but once it started working it was good and I don’t hate the way it works like I did when I first bought the truck. I bought mine used so I suspect it has something to do with transferring ownership to me.

I am the lone driver of mine so I’m not as familiar with the issues some have with profiles, but I am pretty sure infotainment is not part of each individual profile. Whatever app was being used when a driver exited and it goes to sleep, is what should be open when the next driver gets in.

The radio is a bit weird for sure - it’s always searching for the local stations and setting favorites stations doesn’t always hold. Sometimes after switching to the radio app it will take a minute before it pulls up the station I was last listening to, and occasionally I have to select it again after an update, but for the most part it works ok.
