How long to get a guide from order confirmation??

I am a 2021 res holder and got an invite to the R1T shop earlier this week. Made my selection on the 9th and have completed the steps. I still do not have a guide though.
How long does it take to get a guide?
My page says "Status: Ready for Purchase" "Delivery scheduling opens soon"
Now that I am complete with the steps im just waiting in the dark. CS says they have requested a guide for me but cant help further since they don't have access to my account.

A couple days for me. Although I had a guide assigned right away, most questions asked were asnwered by someone else, usually by email a day later or a call directly to me. As I got closer, my guide might have been on vacation, because I was contacted another guide who scheduled the pickup and ultimately completed the delivery and walkthrough the day of pickup. I wouldn't worry about it. By now, you probably know more about the truck than they do!!

By the time you get to the Digital Purchase Process (fka 8-steps), you should have definitely gotten a guide assigned. They will be your main point of contact to communicate with internal teams like Finance, Insurance, etc. CS should be able to hook you up with a guide.
