How to get Rivian exterior paint chip samples?

I couldn’t find a corporate phone number or email customer service option on the Rivian website and the service center in Phoenix doesn’t have a phone number.

I wanted to find out if they had exterior paint chip samples they could mail to me. Seeing the colors on the website is not always representative of the actual colors.
Of course the best option is to see them in person but the Phoenix location is quite far.

Answer is no. Best bet would be to drive to your nearest service center and see if they have any sitting around. Reading through numerous threads here will only further convince you not to trust any pics or renderings as being true representation of what the colors actually look like.

all of the touch up paint websites seem to list rivian colours now.

You could also get a bodyshop to spray a sample, rivian paint formulas should be in their magic mixing computers now.

I don’t trust any of the colors shown via pics that’s why I thought maybe I could get some chip samples but I guess I’ll have to drive up to Phoenix and take a look. It’s about a 2 1/2 hour drive.

There are tons of people in your shoes (including me). May be if enough of us ask CS, they become a little more accommodating.

Instead of a useless artwork, this would be a perfect thing to mail to a new reservation holder.

I'm guessing that creating and sending out paint chip colors is around #214 on marketing's list of priorities. Assuming they have a list.

Each service center is supposed to eventually get a "mini showroom kit" that has the same paint color squares and interior trim samples we've seen at the first mile events and at the Rivian Hub. Or at least that was the plan several months back. That has not happened yet, don't know when or if it will.

If you have a Rivian location within driving distance, you can always swing by and see what trucks they have on the lot. Denver has been bless with lots of trucks. My wife and I have managed to see all the colors in person now. The only color that has not made it onto the Denver lot has been Compass Yellow, but we saw a yellow one driving around the area a couple months ago. Got to see Limestone and Red just the other day. Have seen several in the wild now...

OP is in Tucson. It's a bit of a drive to Phoenix, like 2 hours for those that don't know, but I think the Phoenix Rivian location is finished and they have had some trucks delivered. Maybe check out the Phoenix thread and see if there are reports of trucks there when you have a chance to visit, might be worth a day trip if they have most o the colors present. ...FWIW, I was in AZ a month ago and saw a blue R1T in the wild on the ASU campus.

I had a nice chat with a Rivian rep. this morning. She took photos of all the paint chip samples from the Venice, California hub. Still not as good as seeing the truck colors in person but a little more accurate than the website colors.
But I’ll make a trip to Phoenix in the next week or two to see the truck colors.

I like the recommendation that someone on here had a long while back.
Rivian should sell water bottles in their online store painted all the different vehicle colors. Sell them as singles or even in large packs. Collect them all!
