ID4 lease for $149 / month

And they just went back on sale after a months long recall/stop sale, so they are eager to offload. Great car for the money especially in CO

I had 2 ID4s before moving to a R1S and MXP. The ID4s are excellent basic, solid, reliable cars. They don’t do anything great but do most things well. The ID4 has wireless CarPlay and Android Auto. If the size works for you the price is a steal.

Not sure if this has been posted before, but I just noticed that VW have a lease offer for the ID4 for $149 / month after $999 down. That seems like a pretty good deal. I guess they're trying to get people in with the $7500 'EV Lease Bonus' before it goes away.

I lease an ID.4 base model super cheap to use as a "grocery getter" until the smaller R2 comes out.

In my view, the ID.4 is an awful car at the $40K+ starting price, but a very satisfying car at those cheap cheap lease rates. The software in particular is terrible - though support for CarPlay sure helps. But again at $200/month all in for a lease, I'm all smiles about the car.

I drove my cousins Skoda in Germany which is also the id4 platform. Drives nice.

Hated that while navigating with Android Auto I couldn't search for other destinations without aborting navigation. Also had to use my phone to search so not very hands free friendly. Maybe I was doing it wrong though.

A friend of mine bought an ID4 because of the great pricing. Not long after he got it he got called in with a recall. After a couple of days they called him back and said it could be up to a year before he gets it back. They got him an ice rental.
