Unfortunately I registered it in the US system, which would not be available to most. But there is another person with an R1S here, I am waiting to hear back from him if he passes TuV. @JW-R1S

Just saw this thread – wy R1S has been in Switzerland since June and we made steady progress toward registration. Last thing we need to do is electromagnetic compliance testing, which is required for cars imported as household goods while all the other requirements (such as pedestrian impact safety and what not) are lifted, luckily.

@SRaab , if you're not brining the car with you as household goods then I suspect you'd also need to have quite some tests performed; at least for Switzerland it's not feasible because you need at least 2 vehicles because one will be crashed. Rivian is VERY secretive and they didn't even let us have documentation from their US compliance testing, which is highly unusual as other car companies normally help out with that kind of documents, according to our import specialists. Very disappointing of Rivian.

Unfortunately, since Friday my R1S shows a "Driving Disabled – Service Parking Brake" error and won't move an inch. Rivian says the only option is to ship it to a service center in the US to have it looked at, I'm now trying to figure out how to resolve that. ?

Navigation doesn't work, no; tethering to the phone only works while in Park, as soon is driving starts that connection is capped. Not that I'm gonna be driving anywhere any time soon... ?

I'm trying to get ahold of someone on the Rivian Amazon van crew in Germany, I'm assuming they must have diagnostic devices capable of connecting to the R1S.
