As you said yourself, our Rivian's are "over-spec'd" as far as tire load index goes. Not everything will be completely matched.Depending how the weight is distributed front and rear, it could have a max capacity of 2756 * 4 = 11024 pounds. (Hmm, maybe that's what that number is on the other leak, the total payload capacity, not the towing capacity.) That doesn't seem like good math to me though. For comparison, the Rivian could get away with 113 load index tires for the rear, and less for the front, because the GAVR is higher on the rear. It seems likely that the Tesla would have higher load capacity in the rear as well, but who knows.
Also, it looks like these tires are just barely bigger than the 20" Rivian OEM tires 285 vs 275. So, maybe there will be more tire options in the 20" range soon.
