Infotainment Crashes Nonstop After Last Update

I've had a few black screens intermittently. I updated a few weeks ago, just recently (past few days) my iPhone show connected and I can play/control a podcast from the Rivian screen but there is no audio. If I flip to Spotify, the Spotify audio plays immediately, and if I flip back to iPhone, the audio from the podcast is then heard.
