Thank you for taking the time to make this! I am about to purchase an e-bike and I think I’m more worried about the rack purchase than the bike! I’m quite small and there is no world where I could get a bike onto this rack. I’m so grateful that you made this video!
glad this could be helpful! I have gotten a few more reps with the rack in since I filmed this video and a big thing that makes it easier is taking the grabber entirely off the swinging arm while placing the bike on the rack, then sliding it on and grabbing the center of the bike. Another protip is that once you get the bike in position, you can turn on the bike and use the bike's throttle to assist you with rolling up the ramp. That's actually huge.
