Interior outlets: Do they use grid power when plugged in

Leaving on a long road trip Friday and we have our freezer in the R1S plugged into the cargo 12v. I set the outlet time to stay on for three days as we are starting to load the freezer. If I have the car plugged in is it drawing power from the grid? When it's plugged in and wakes up to charge the 12v does it draw the power from the grid?

Our electric rate from 4pm to 6 pm is pricey so hoping it's just using the high voltage batteries to charge up the 12v. We charge from midnight to 6 am when it's almost free.

Outlets never draw directly from the grid. Inverter is powered from the 12v system which is charged from the HV system.

For Gen 1 anyway. Maybe your Gen 2 is different.

Thanks. I think I'll start putting a tender on the 12v through the OBDII port.
