Does the iOS app not deliver notifications? I have had the car for over 2 years and only glancingly noticed (maybe I've received OTA notifications but I'm not sure now) but it has become super obvious as I've been going back and forth with the service center on multiple issues lately. The new messages show up in the app and a red dot on the service tab IN the app, but there is not iOS push notification or red dot/counter on the app icon. How can an app that is relied upon for communication and scheduling of service issues not show any external signs of updated activity.

Surely this can't be right?

Have you checked the notification settings for the app?

I get notifications on mine such as doors are unlocked.
