iPhone wall charger connection

i connect my iPhone to my Rivian wall charger with Bluetooth and then to my server. When I leave my garage (where my wall charger is) it drops both connections. I then have to start all over again by switching off and on the charger breaker. This is obviously a pain in the a$$. Any thoughts on what I am doing wrong?
