"Busy" is probably an understatement.Wassym does frequent the /r/Rivian sub, but I agree that if we would all make service tickets it'll probably get fixed faster. I think many people asking if they have a similar problem are really trying to confirm if they're the only one or if it's global, which is a fair thing to do.
