Is my bed rusting?

I have a 2024 Rivian R1T in El Cap that came factory wrapped in Xpel Stealth. The truck is only a few months old and has 2,000 miles. Can anyone advise what is happening here? I saw a video on YT that mentions the only part of the R1T that is metal / steel is the side of the bed so is that a possibility here?

For context, I washed my car a few days ago myself here at home and don't recall seeing that there. Can I have missed it, sure. It's possible. But, I do have several photos of the car that don't show it there so it appears to have developed recently.

I mean, regardless of what's causing it or whether it was there since factory (likely, especially given the wrap), I'd suggest it's a paint/body-prep defect and Rivian should correct this. I'd put in a service ticket and attach these images.

I would definately raise a ticket and have it addressed.
