Is this efficiency drop normal?? (First road trip)

Nobody else has mentioned it, but RAIN! I have had a noticeable decrease in wet weather.

Big Yup to everyone who said rain. Regardless of the other range killers like high speed, cold, and wind, wet pavement always lowers efficiency.
