I have a generator plug for my pump house (shared with neighbor so on its own meter, so dumb) when the power goes out, but it's 105' from it to my dryer plug. However it's only 70' to my hardwired j1772 charger. Has anyone seen a j1772 receiver to L14-30R before?

I know, best solution is change hardwire charger to plug-in and bump down to 50amp breaker. But I don't wanna!

Are you trying to use your EVSE to power your pump house? I can't imagine there is anything commercial like that available.

YUP.

Where there's a riviot, there's a way.
If you're good with electronics, you could DIY an adapter that just automatically tells the EVSE to activate. I've done this for charging an E-bike.
(Not my page, just the best instructions I could find.)

The only gotcha is an EVSE only passes two power leads. 240V doesn't include a neutral, so if you have anything split phase, you'd need a transformer.

Literally the one reason I thought about keeping the Lighting was that 220v plug. Hoping somebody smarter makes V2OtherThings soon
