Is this what they had you do for a hard reset? I have the same exact issue you described.working now …got a call from service about 7pm (apparently they work long hours) telling me to do a hard reset which made the key fob work but still shows on the screen that needs to be setup and when i try it comes back with the message in the pic…oh well it works now …thanks rivian support

Full reset
Hold the far left button on the steering wheel and the emergency flasher button for about 15 seconds. The entire computer will restart.
