Dangerous people!!

just a 200# driver means each front rim is >100# over the load limit (static). Make sure tires are not at max pressure

Let us know how those rim’s hold up!!!
May as well put some 100 load rated tires on to match….

(While not only extremely unsafe, this is a major liability also).

great tire/wheel basic education here, everyone should watch:
Tires 1st half, wheels (rims) 2nd half:

That's only just enough for an empty vehicle. Maybe they're under rated?

GAWR for the rear axle is 4960 lbs. 2470 pounds per side. I'd only use those rims as spares to get to a tire store.
actually it’s not even enough for empty…
I would be extremely concerned with those on my 8k+ pound rig…potentially 40-50% over load limit…

So - there will be a stamp on the rim. Like this

@HAL9000 what is the load capacity of those rims. I’m willing to be it is 800kgs per rim; math that out and it’s ~1600 lbs load rating PER RIM on a 7,000 truck. Work fine though for early ‘00 1500 Rams as designed.

@krockett - I bought and returned these rims last year, due to the low load capacity.
@Polar
Sorry for the late reply. Just picked up the truck from service. New HV battery installed.

Here is the pic from the wheel (not that it matters now but I said I would). 1800.

Don't worry OP, Team Ram 2363 has been there with the load capacity concerns. Gotta shed those extra pounds!

Sorry for the late reply.

My truck is currently in service so I'll take the pics when I get it back this week.

I did contact the manufacturer of these specific rims and was told the load rating per rim is 1800lbs.

Spoke with service tech and was told as long as I am not doing Arabic 2 wheeled tricks and jumps with the truck then I should be fine.

I already did some off road runs and the truck and rims are ok. I am not hauling or towing anything. If they fall off (as some here are hoping) I'll let you know. 😁
Probably won't "fall off." They might get bent or out of round. If you start having vibration issues - that's the place to look. A wheel and tire can be balanced, but if it is out of round, it'll still have vibration at higher speeds.
