We all know that Gen2's are uploading drive data and video to feed the AI models once they connect to WiFi after a drive. There are a couple of influencer threads on X that talk about this.
It made me curious since I have seen spikes in uploaded data and I am on a Gen 1.
I have noticed on my TP-Link router that the truck is uploading a large amount of data - usually proportional to the drive it just did, for me, at most 1~2 GB if I am driving for a few hours. A short trip to the store maybe 100MB or so.
Does anybody know what Gen1's are uploading? Surely with lower fidelity cameras, this data is not as useful or being used the same way.
I don't have a router that gives me much detail - has anybody here determined what kind of data and where it is going?
