Lease logistics and delivery delays

Has anyone had to deal with delivery delays after signing their final lease documents? My delivery was canceled the day before pickup, and they are doing some work to get the truck fixed. I haven't been able to get an answer on whether my lease has technically started as per the signed docs and date, or if it will be amended once I have a new delivery date.

The difference is pretty significant (we're already 13 days past the original delivery dates on the signed lease). I haven't been able to get ahold of a guide for an answer so wanted to see if someone else had this experience!

I signed the lease docs on 12/4, picked up my vehicle 12/6. The lease officially started on 12/4, and paperwork says it needs to be returned on 12/4 3 years from now. I was annoyed about the 2 days, but it's only 2 days and wasn't worth the hassle of arguing for me. For 13+ days like in your case I would definitely force them to amend the lease start/end dates.

Same here, asked me to sign the lease on Friday but the pick up is on coming Monday. I asked my guide to align the dates and he is able to accommodate the ask.
