Congratulations! ? It looks like they changed the deposit to $500 instead of the $1000 I had to put down only 6 weeks ago. That slightly changes my numbers, but glad it was very close to what I was guessing. Totally worth it with the discount, especially with how bad EVs have been holding their value the last couple years.

Just in case anyone want to know about the leasing in Texas. I'm about to finalized it. It only worth it with the F&F discount. The 71,300 price included the $6k discount of F&F. No extra down payment. Thanks all for the helps

Where are you with this mate? Did you get the F&F discount? If not give @RIVEV a knock here and he should be able to help with the F&F discount. Cheers.

I just signed everything. Just waiting for them to confirm delivery date. That F&F is a game changer for leasing.

The other smelly thing about the Texas leasing game is that if you decide to buy it out at the end of the term - you pay sales tax AGAIN on the residual for the purchase.
If the Fed discount was the full $7500 on the purchase price, leasing would make zero sense here.

Yeap. If the 7500 and the F&F discount are not included, I would not go thru with this lease
