Let us know what Rivian tells you what the issue is. Otherwise we are just speculating. Hopefully it is something simple and not HVAC - since HVAC parts were backordered at least as of late August. What version of vehicle sw are you on - I'm currently on 2024.31.30

I think that is the software I have.
SC called me today saying the car got there, then my app showed some change and now it just shows “in service.”

The advisor I spoke to thought it was probably the 12 V battery, however, she said she couldn’t confirm until a service technician looked at it. She said she believed that she would have a better idea tomorrow morning. She said if it was the 12 battery that I could expect my car back by mid to end of the week however, she said if it was something bigger than that it would be about 2 1/2 weeks or more.

Thanks - Appreciate if you keep us posted on the findings. Some Gen 1 vehicles did have a 12v battery issue with a number of postings about bricked vehicles. Supposedly, Gen 2 had some architecture changes to the 12v system that hopefully fixed that. Rivian told me at delivery only one 12v battery plus some changes. You are the first posting I have seen for Gen 2 with possible 12v issues. i am Curious to see if Rivian confirms a 12v issue.
Let's hope for the best and you get your vehicle soon.

Happy to report that it was just the 12v, and they replaced it with a new model 12v they are using.
They will have the car another week though because when I got home from picking up the car I had noticed a small ding in the rear passenger door, and a paint chip on the lift gate so they will fix it since they have it! (My original service date for that wasn’t until December!)
