Lights don't turn off after update

Anyone else having issues with the lights not turning off after the update? Car is locked, no keys near it and I see through my garage camera the lights staying on for hours

I’ve had this happen a while back. A reset fixed it.

An infotainment reset was tried first, at suggestion from (855) RIVIAN-5, but it didn't help.

A hard reset fixed my persistent lights, though. That was (855) RIVIAN-5's second suggestion.

What she explained was that after an update, the restart sequence can get out of order. A hard reset (left steering wheel button with hazard-lights button) restarts the entire vehicle in the correct sequence.

had same thing happen. soft reset didn’t resolve it, hard reset did.
