I’m still new to this. Got my 2024 R1S 3 weeks ago. I’m noticing recently when I take a turn faster than the “normal”, I hear some sort of liquid as I’m turning. Is this normal or is there water in my car somehow and I should bring it to service?

Had the same issue and made an appointment, they fixed at the SC. I have taken the car to get washed now several times and even after rain since then (Last Nov), there is no more water noise when turning.

There was an issue early on where the drain plugs in the doors were installed incorrectly. Mobile tech came out and checked all the doors, and now the only time I hear the waves is when I’m at the Shore. ;).

Do you know what was done? I currently have a mobile service appointment for next month and maybe I can add that on?

This. Likely water trapped in door due to clogged/obstructed drain.

Service checked all my doors at my last appointment for hearing sloshing water in my R1T. I still hear it after a rain storm so.... something's still going on. Wonder if the drain holes are plugged up at the top and water isn't even draining into the door.

I went back out to test a bit more while picking up my kids from camp. Lol
It seems like I can only hear that sloshing only when I make a hard turn. Can’t hear it in a regular normal speed turn. I’m so puzzled.

It might be the fluids in your stomach shifting. You need to fast from all solids and liquids 24 hours before each drive.

Does this make sense? It’s sounding like it might be coming from underneath the driver floor.

I just went outside and shook the doors. I don’t hear any water.
Next time you wash it, cruise at 20ish mph then quickly (not aggressively) stop. If you hear it, it's definitely the door plugs. I've always had this noise, never really cared, but I guess it's time...
