Live activities on ios

For the past week live activities wont work on my iphone for the rivian app at all. Anyone else having this issue? I have updated everything, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, checked the live activities setting is on in the phones settings. What else can it be?

Mine are working as they should right now.

There have been a couple times in the past where my live activities seemed to not be doing anything without any reason.

Mine works but often doesn’t display or takes time to display what the app shows. I often need to open the app so that live activities updates. It did stop working once and toggling live activities off/on via the Rivian settings on my IOS device fixed it.

The widget on my home screen is just blank, i have tried toggling live activities in settings and it didn do anything.

Can someone check to see if the app shows up in “background app refresh” its not listed as an app i can give access to.

I did have a time like the OP and COdogman where the Live Activities for charging and HVAC use seemed to stop and then come back after “some time”. No idea how long it was out and what was done to fix it.

I haven’t seen a case where the Rivian widget to the left of the Lock Screen or Home Screen isn’t filled in. It always seems to have data filled into it, even if the Live Activity isn’t showing.

I had the blank widget issue for a week. Then, after using the service section of the app and messing around in it for a while, the widget just started working again. No clue why.

Live activities work but the widget always seems incorrect (unlocked when actually locked, climate control on when off).
