Longest service center appointment?

Just curious what everyone’s longest time in the service center has been? I’m at 5 weeks now and my R1T has officially been at the service center longer than I’ve even had the truck in my possession.

I would reach out to the service center and ask them to make your car payment until it is fixed.

Don't laugh. We had our R1T a little over a month ago and hadn't made the first payment and it gave us a HEADLIGHT SYSTEM error. They have it for a little over 4 weeks and my wife said to the service manager......."We haven't even had the truck a month and a half... What can you do for us?" (if you met my wife, she is very convincing in getting her way). The manager wrote back "We will make your first payment". We made the payment but they sent us a check for the amount.

This was back in May of 2023.

Motor died from a rear drive inverter failure. Took almost two weeks before they even ordered the parts to fix it. Supposedly the car is fixed now but they are just waiting for one part to complete the repair. If I don’t get my truck next week I’m filling it as a lemon.
