Looking for solution for bed window head rack

Hello,

I'm looking for a solution to haul cargo that would sit in the bed at the height of the back window. So far, I've always tried to minimize having cargo higher up than the bed height or tied down with straps and agains the back of the bed but sometimes I have load that's higher up. I am also looking for a similar solution. My Mazda b4000 has something similar, and I love it.
