Based on the Air pricing I would be surprised if it comes in at or below 80k.

Curious when they might have them in thier display centers. Anyone know if they will have one at the LA auto show this month?
Edited the post above. Yes, they have them at the LA auto show, that's where they are being debuted today.

Up to 440 miles of range
0-60 in 3.5s
8 cubit feet for the frunk
"over" 300kW charging (200 miles of range in about 15 minutes using 350kW chargers)
119.5in wheel base
198.2in long
78.7in wide
0.24 drag coefficient
7 seats

No pricing on this page.

EDIT: another update: https://www.lucidmotors.com/stories/introducing-lucid-gravity

"Pricing starts at under $80k"... but for what trim and when?

Obviously not for the 440 mile "Dream Edition."

Important Questions:

1) When does the $80k trim come out?
2) Can it get at least 350 miles?

If so, that's a possible strong competitor to the R1S
80k makes it an appealing price. I highly doubt it’s gonna be a very appealing trim though.

Gravity should have been released first, instead of Air.

While it looks more like an estate/wagon vehicle, than SUV, I believe more people will "gravitate" towards it than a sedan.

If Lucid had done that, they may have met their production goal this year and the stock price wouldn't be in the toilet...

Despite Lucid's impressive vehicle specs, performance, and lux fitment, they still rely on unknown third-party service maintenance and have a huge Saudi sponsorship.

No thanks.

Just need this to be leasable at the same price as the air with 350 mile range

You know some of Rivian's earliest investors were Saudi as well, right? Abdul Latif Jameel owns nearly 115m shares.

Will most likely hurt the Mercedes EQS more than the Rivian. The pricing will be more in that territory.

Was excited about this, interior and features are great. Don’t like the minivan look that this has. Looks like a Pacifica tbh.

If this comes in under $100k, it will put serious pressure on Kia EV9, Volvo EX90, Mercedes EQS SUV, BMW iX, Model X, etc.

R1S will still own the off-road capable, traditional SUV market. The Lucid could do well with the luxury sport on-road SUV market. Way more utility than the EV9, EX90, EQS, etc.

This also depends on Lucid expanding their network and overcoming the startup image.

It's the product Mercedes or BMW should have built.
It'll be late 2025 before we see something that's in the 80k range. Really looks more like a luxury minivan though they can call it whatever the y like. I suppose a minivan has sliding doors and this doesn't. While it's definitely better looking than the sedan, I think most people will go to the EX90 unless Lucid really starts making more cars. The Tesla model was done once. To succeed now requires moving to scale quickly. I think Rivian gets that while everyone else is still playing.
Mercedes should buy Lucid for $10B. The EQS looks clunky, kind of like a Lincoln. Do any German EVs have a frunk?

None of the Germans have a frunk. The EX90 and EV9 have tiny little frunks for the charging cable. The Gravity, Model X, and R1S are the only 3-row SUVs with large front trunks.
