UPDATE: So the car went from being completely fine and within spec on 2 separate visits to "We need a lot of parts so we are keeping the car" so it seems finally made a breakthrough. Also the attitude changed 180 degrees, they were very courteous and helpful this time around, and I even spoke to the technician on the phone while diagnosing the issues.

Final (hopefully )UPDATE : So parts were replaced for the seat, reset the car, and i think they lubricated some vents in the front, and almost everything is working fine.

the remaining issue is the compressor noise, and I just figured out how to replicate it. But another issue appeared with the maps staying offline, so I might just wait until few more things to just tag it on the same ticket.

So yes, they did ignore the issues on 2 separate visits, and after a blow up on the phone, they fixed it on the 3rd time and had to order parts.

I would have reported the rear seat sliding issue to NHTSA.. Getting injured is one thing, that injury would have been amplified if it were in an accident.
