FWIW, been waiting 2.5 years. I send an email every six months. No response thus far. I submitted a question to the CFO for her pending Instagram live asking what is the total deferred liability on the undelivered covers. Don’t think she will take my question. LOL. At this point it is a game for me.

Went to the showroom, went to the service center, submitted a ticket, asked about it during a service appointment, called customer service. Ive run the gamut.

I eventually received a refund check for the MTC after 4 months of contacting support and the service center.

Each time they told me the refund check was initiated and give it about 4 weeks to arrive. I wait 4 weeks, no check, contact again and the next person tells me it will arrive in 4 weeks… rinse repeat until eventually they actually sent it.

I'm really surprised there isn't a lawsuit lurking about for this issue. There's a promise to deliver something after delivery, but two plus years is rather silly.

I've been waiting for a lawyer to contact me! Not really, but I've thought about it.
