Midnight R2 siting

Arrived at the Franklin TN SC this morning to drop off our R1S and grab a second R2 test drive. They have a Midnight R2 getting ready for delivery. Interestingly it was parked between a R1T and R1S, both in Half Moon Gray, so the first time I’ve seen that color on the R1. Not great pics since it was shady at 0730 and all three got whisked off to delivery prep on short order, but black R2s do exist.

the black with the Rivian accents does look really good. Not my first choice but great looking.

Looks a lot like my G1 quad, a throwback to the OG days of long ago. But in all seriousness, a black Rivian is SO hard to maintain. Every little imperfection and bit of dirt is so noticeable.
