So they paid $90k-ish for a truck worth/bought for less than that?

Someone at that insurance company is going to lose their job!

They were probably hoping you werent going to ask for diminished value...

Resurrecting this thread because I have a couple questions.

I was rear-ended back in April, damage wasn't bad and I was able to drive the truck for awhile until I could get it in to the collision center on June 4.

I'm REALLY hoping it is done any day now as I'd like to have my truck back. It looks like total repair costs will be around $6k, is this worth filing a DV claim with the insurance company? I'm also seeing some people getting around $100/day in loss of use, how would I/should I go after that? Not having the truck for over 60 days for repairs sucks...
