I would suggest to not do the next reset before engaging Rivian SC. Just to ensure they don't see any issues in connecting with the vehicle etc from their side.Interesting. I’ve done it twice already but can try again. Tesla chargers all show up and their availability is updating correctly compared to the Tesla app so I know it’s receiving data.
And yes, all filters are off
If you go through my past posts, you can see my history with the R1S included replacing failed TCM module which was in the middle of a software update push from the Rivian servers to the vehicle one time. So, while in your case it may not be that issue, i wouldn't rule it out entirely either.
