My Discount Tire Experience

In and out in 45 minutes at @Discount Tire, full rotation and balance. Guys put it in tire change mode used pucks when about a smoothly as you can expect.

I also brought them a dozen donuts; it’s a super simple and cheap thing I do earns me a lot of good service usually ?

This is the first time I’ve ever said this, I’m very disappointed with the discount tire I’ve been working with. This one is in Pooler Georgia. I called down about a set of Toyo open country AT 3 EVs. I was told no problem will have them here in a week. Two weeks later I stopped out and the story was he had to get permission from higher but no problem. They’ll be here in a week.

Month and half later I still don’t have any new tires and not even a call.

I’ve taken my Alfa there, I’ve had my Rivian there twice for tire rotations never any issues this seem to have proven to be their kryptonite

When it comes to that specific tire, you’re milage may vary. I called two DT stores to get that tire. The first one made all sorts of excuses and tried to push me onto another tire brand. But the guy I worked with at the Boulder, CO store didn’t bat an eye. The moment he realized it was a special order, he did everything needed to make it happen. Perfect service.

We only use America's Tire (which is Discount tire) and they have been AMAZING. THey rotated the tires for free. I felt guilty so I had them change the wiper blades as well
